Lin has held top executive roles as a Chief People Officer and Vice President for Human Resources in global as well as large local corporations. She was a former Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines, a Fellow in People Management and former President of the People Management Association of the Philippines. Lin holds a master's degree in Psychology, is a certified training facilitator and professional coach.
